At Texas Pallet Deals, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be:
In its original condition
Unused and unaltered
In its original packaging, when applicable
Free from damage caused after delivery
Accompanied by the original order information or proof of purchase
Items that have been used, modified, damaged, washed, worn, or otherwise changed from their original condition may not qualify for a return.
2. How to Request a Return
Before sending anything back, customers must contact Closeout Pallet Deals to request return authorization.
Please provide:
Full name
Order number
Date of purchase
Description of the item
Reason for the return
Clear photographs of the merchandise when requested
Do not ship merchandise back without receiving return instructions from us.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or the merchandise arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.
If the return is approved because we sent an incorrect item or the merchandise arrived damaged, Closeout Pallet Deals will review the circumstances and provide appropriate return instructions.
4. Inspection of Returned Merchandise
All returned merchandise will be inspected after it is received.
If the merchandise is returned in its original condition and meets the requirements of this policy, we will process the applicable refund or other approved resolution.
If the returned merchandise does not meet the return requirements, the return may be rejected.
5. Liquidation & Wholesale Merchandise
Because we specialize in liquidation and wholesale merchandise, inventory may include overstock, closeouts, customer returns, shelf pulls, open-box items, and other assorted merchandise.
Product condition and packaging may vary depending on the specific listing.
Customers should carefully review the product description and any available information before placing an order.
For assorted or non-manifested pallets, the exact assortment of individual items may vary.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs of:
The shipping box or pallet
Shipping labels
The damaged merchandise
The contents of the shipment
This information helps us review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, Closeout Pallet Deals will process the applicable refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned merchandise has been received and approved.
The refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on inventory and the circumstances of the return. If the requested replacement merchandise is unavailable, a refund or another appropriate resolution may be offered.
9. Items That May Not Qualify for Return
A return may be denied if the merchandise:
Is returned after the 30-day return period
Has been used or worn
Has been washed or altered
Has been damaged after delivery
Is missing essential components or packaging where required
Shows signs of misuse
Is materially different from the condition in which it was received
